MEET LISA FUNK
In everyone's life, there's a moment of reflection, and for Lisa Funk, that moment led to a career shift from sales to real estate. Knowing how having a comfortable home and a family has made a difference in her own life; Lisa set out to get her Real Estate license so she could help others achieve that dream.
As an Associate Broker with GRI, ABR, CNE, SRES, and ePRO certifications, Lisa is renowned as an expert in East Valley residential real estate. Since obtaining her real estate license in 2004 and broker’s license in 2011, she has excelled in primary and secondary home sales, investment properties, and assisting move-up buyers. Beginning her career in New Home Sales, Lisa transitioned to Residential Real Estate, amassing a portfolio of over 750 homes sold, ranging from entry-level to luxury properties.
In March of 2017, Lisa along with her partner, Martha Fuller started the Hello Neighbor Team. Martha and Lisa have received multiple awards in the industry for their leadership.

MEET MARTHA KIMSEY FULLER
Martha's genuine passion lies in meticulously managing details and tailoring her expertise to the unique needs of her clients and agents. Renowned for her dependability, responsiveness, and profound knowledge, Martha has been a stalwart figure in the Arizona real estate scene since 1993. Her breadth of experience spans residential resale, new home sales, lot and land transactions, custom building, and land development.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Martha is deeply committed to her clients and the real estate community. She actively engages in giving back, having served on numerous real estate and leadership committees for the Real Estate Board, WeSERV, and the Arizona Association of Realtors. As a certified real estate course instructor and the proprietor of a real estate school, Martha is dedicated to nurturing the next generation of real estate professionals.
Martha grew up in Idaho and relocated to Arizona in 1988, she has built her life in the Southwest, raising three children along the way. When she's not orchestrating real estate transactions, coaching, or imparting knowledge, Martha finds solace on hiking trails with her dog, immersing herself in the tranquility of nature and the vast expanse of the outdoors.
